- Support inquiries and correspondence.
- Billing details if you purchase a paid plan (processed by our payment processor; we do not store full card numbers).
B. Information from Google Calendar (if you connect it)
With your permission, we access your Google account to read calendar availability, create/update events, and display free/busy times. We generally do not need to store event bodies or sensitive descriptions; where feasible we only retain the minimal metadata necessary to provide the Service (e.g., event IDs, start/end times, attendee emails).
C. Automatically Collected Information
- Usage data (pages viewed, features used, referring/exit pages, timestamps).
- Device and technical data (IP address, browser type/version, operating system, screen size).
- Approximate location derived from IP (city/country level).
- Diagnostic and performance logs, crash reports.
3. How We Use Information
- Provide, operate, and maintain the Service (including showing availability and booking meetings).
- Create and manage calendar events and send invitations/notifications that you initiate.
- Authenticate users, prevent fraud/abuse, secure accounts, and enforce policies.
- Analyze usage to improve features, performance, and user experience.

We do not sell personal information.
6. Google Calendar & Google API Services Limited Use
If you connect Google Calendar, Bookslot.co uses Google APIs to access calendar data solely to provide the scheduling features you request. Our use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. You can revoke our access at any time in your Google Account security settings. We aim to minimize storage of event content; when storage is necessary (e.g., event IDs, times, attendee emails), we retain only what is required to operate the Service.
7. Legal Bases for Processing (EEA/UK)
- Contract: to provide the Service you request.
- Consent: for connecting Google Calendar, certain cookies, or marketing communications.
- Legitimate interests: to secure, improve, and operate our Service in ways that do not override your rights.
- Legal obligation: to comply with applicable laws and regulations.
8. Your Rights & Choices
Depending on your location, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or restrict processing of your personal information; to data portability; and to object to certain processing (including direct marketing).
